Our Terms of Trade
- We are a small family business, established in 1976. We do our very best to satisfy our customers. Whenever you might have complains or suggestions, please let us know. For every problem we will find a solution!
- All prices are in EURO currency. When prices in other currencies are stated they are subject to the actual exchange rate. This might cause a minimal difference when we charging your credit card because we can charge EURO only and the credit card company will compute the exchange rate at the day of transaction.
- All items come with full warranty according to the German law, in most cases 3 years!
- We usually ship by mail parcel. USA customers: Please note that there are sometimes delays caused by US Postal security meassures and there is no way for tracking. That means shipping time to the USA can range from 3 days to 3 weeks.
- Other transportation services like UPS, Fedex, GLS etc. are also available. Please ask us for prices and details.
- Exchange or return of merchandise for customers outside Germany is also possible, provided the customer shoulders the transportation fees and the goods are in unused condition. Not applicable for custom-made items. For customers within Germany the German law (Widerrufsrecht) apply, details are stated in the German version of this online-shop.
- Minimum order EURO 16.00
- Delivery through mail parcel.
- Payment by Credit Card (Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX or DINERS CLUB) Please state your Card Number and Expiry Date. If you don't like to trust your datas to e-mail, please send us a fax, +49-40-47 40 03. Or send the credit card datas with 2 separate e-mails, one for the card number, the other with the expiry date. You may also call us by phone, all staff speaks English.
